Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 26, 2026. Last updated: October 26, 2026.
DrywallPatch.com is a brand of Begolli Brothers Construction LLC ("DrywallPatch.com," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through drywallpatch.com (the "Site") and through calls, texts, and emails about estimate requests. It also explains how we use and share that information and what choices you have.
1. What DrywallPatch.com does
DrywallPatch.com performs small drywall and ceiling patch repairs with our own crew. When you send a request, our office handles your request and your questions. If you hire us, we perform the repair work.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us on the estimate form:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address (optional)
- Town
- Repair type (for example drywall, ceiling, after electrical work, after plumbing work, or other)
- A description of the repair
- Your consent choices: whether you checked the required request checkbox and the optional text and call checkbox, plus the date and time and the version of the consent wording you saw
Information you give us in other ways. This includes anything you tell us on a phone call, in a text, or by email, such as photos of the damage, your address, or when you are available.
Please do not include sensitive information in the description, such as health details, Social Security numbers, or financial account numbers. We do not need it to give you an estimate.
Information collected automatically:
- Security and anti-abuse data. When you submit the form, our server receives your IP address. We use it to limit repeated submissions and to block abuse. We use a hidden field and a timing check to catch automated spam. We also use the phone number you enter to stop duplicate submissions sent within about a minute.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a form submission comes from a person and not a bot. Turnstile may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details (for example the User-Agent and TLS connection details), and the site you are on. Cloudflare uses this information to detect and block bots and, as its own controller, to improve its bot detection. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum at https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/.
- Hosting logs. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare processes technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the Site.
- Page and campaign details. When you submit the form, we record which page you submitted it from. If you have allowed analytics, we also record any advertising-campaign tags that were already in the page address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, gbraid, and wbraid).
- Browser storage. We save your privacy choice in your browser's local storage under the name
dp_consent_v1. After you submit the form, we set a short-lived cookie (dp_lead, which lasts up to 10 minutes) so the thank-you page knows a request was sent. Both are needed for the Site to work and to respect your choices.
3. Analytics and advertising measurement
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site. We may also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our ads lead to estimate requests or calls. These tools run only if you allow them under "Privacy choices" at the bottom of every page:
- Essential only: no analytics or advertising measurement.
- Analytics only: Google Analytics may measure page visits, form submissions, and taps on our phone number.
- Analytics and ads: Google Ads may also record that an ad visit led to an estimate request or a call to our number.
Until you make a choice, these tools stay off. If you allow them, Google may set cookies and receive information such as your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you visit, and the related ad click. Google's use of this data is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can change your choice at any time under "Privacy choices," and you can also install Google's opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We do not use the Site to build remarketing audiences or show you personalized ads based on your visit. We do not send your name, phone number, or email address to Google for advertising.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a choice of "Essential only" and keep analytics and advertising measurement off. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals differently, because there is no common standard for them. GPC is the signal we honor.
4. How we use information
We use your information to:
- Review your estimate request and contact you about it by phone, email, and, only if you opted in, by text message
- Prepare an estimate
- Schedule visits and answer your questions
- Perform the repair work if you hire us
- Keep records of your request, your consent choices, and any opt-out requests
- Protect the Site and block spam, fraud, and abuse
- Understand and improve the Site and our ads, only if you allowed analytics or advertising measurement
- Comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Use
5. Calls and text messages

These messages may be sent by an autodialer or use a prerecorded or artificial (computer-generated) voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can still send the form without checking this box, or call us at (203) 275-0824.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call (203) 275-0824 or email [email protected].
- You can also opt out by telling us on a call or by emailing [email protected]. We will honor any reasonable opt-out request promptly and within 10 business days at the latest.
- After you opt out, we may send one text confirming it. We will not send more texts unless you opt in again.
- Someone from our office follows up between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Eastern, seven days a week.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information is not shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with service providers in support of our operations, such as customer service and messaging delivery, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We send texts and place automated calls through HighLevel, our customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging provider, which acts on our behalf.
If we ever record a phone call, we will tell you at the start of the call.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it, and we do not share it with data brokers, referral networks, or outside contractors.
We do not collect, use, or sell personal data for the purpose of training large language models.
We share information only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, acting on our instructions, including:
- Cloudflare (website hosting, security, and Turnstile bot protection)
- HighLevel (CRM, where requests are stored, and calls, texts, and email)
- Google Workspace (business email)
- Google Analytics and Google Ads (measurement only, and only if you allow it, as described above)
- Telecommunications carriers that deliver our calls and texts
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, the public, or us.
- Business transfers. If our business or this brand is sold, merged, or reorganized, the information may transfer to the new owner, subject to this Policy.
7. How long we keep information
- Estimate requests and related messages: up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Consent records and opt-out (do-not-contact) records: at least 5 years, so we can prove consent and honor your opt-out.
- Security data such as IP-based rate-limit counters: about 10 minutes. Duplicate-submission checks: about 1 minute.
We may keep information longer when the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
8. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that fit the size of our business and the kind of information we hold. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access limited to the people who need it, keeping secret keys out of our website code, bot protection, and rate limiting. We choose service providers that maintain appropriate safeguards. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent over the internet.
If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate government agencies as required by applicable law, including New York and Connecticut breach-notification laws.
9. Your choices and rights
- Analytics and ads: use "Privacy choices" at the bottom of any page, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
- Texts: reply STOP. Calls: tell us on the call that you don't want more calls, or email us.
- Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for a copy. Email [email protected] or call (203) 275-0824. We will verify your request (usually by confirming the phone number or email address you gave us) and respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response with "Appeal" in the subject line, and we will answer within 60 days. If you are a Connecticut resident and are not satisfied with the result of your appeal, you may contact the Connecticut Attorney General at https://portal.ct.gov/ag.
- We honor these requests for all users, whether or not a particular state's privacy law applies to us, unless keeping the information is required by law (for example, we keep your opt-out record so we do not contact you again).
- We will not treat you differently because you used any of these rights.
10. Children
The Site is for adults arranging home repairs. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites, such as town building departments. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. If we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
