Terms of Use
Effective date: October 27, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to drywallpatch.com (the "Site") and to estimate requests made through the Site or by calling or texting DrywallPatch.com. DrywallPatch.com is a brand of Begolli Brothers Construction LLC ("DrywallPatch.com," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or sending a request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://drywallpatch.com/privacy/. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What we do
DrywallPatch.com performs small drywall and ceiling patch repairs with our own crew. When you send a request, our office handles your questions and scheduling. Our crew performs the repair work if you hire us.
- Estimates only. Submitting a request does not create a contract for repair work, and nobody is obligated to do or pay for any work. Any timeframe or example on the Site is general information, not a quote or a promise.
- No guarantee of availability. We do not guarantee that our crew will be available for every request, accept every job, or offer a particular price or schedule.
- Repair agreements. If you hire DrywallPatch.com, any repair work is governed by the scope, price, and terms agreed between you and us before work begins.
2. Scope of patch repairs and registration
DrywallPatch.com performs only small drywall patch and hole repairs whose total cash price is below the statutory threshold under the Connecticut Home Improvement Act, so a Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor registration is not required for these small patch repairs. We do not undertake larger home improvement contracts on this Site.
3. Using the Site
You may use the Site to read repair information and to request an estimate for a property you own or are authorized to arrange repairs for. You agree not to:
- Submit false information, or another person's name, phone number, or email address without their permission
- Submit requests in bulk, through automated means, or to test or scrape the Site
- Try to get around Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limits, or other security measures
- Interfere with, damage, or overload the Site, or introduce malware
- Use the Site to harass anyone, send spam, or break any law
- Copy or reuse the Site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission
We may refuse, block, or delete any request, and we may suspend or stop offering the Site at any time.
4. Information you submit
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that the phone number you give is yours or one you are authorized to use. If your number changes or you give it up, please let us know so we do not contact the wrong person. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and share your information.
5. Calls and text messages
Consent to calls and emails. By submitting a request with the required checkbox checked, you agree that DrywallPatch.com (Begolli Brothers Construction LLC) may call or email you about this request. Someone from our office follows up between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Eastern, seven days a week.
DrywallPatch.com text messages (optional). If you opt in on the estimate form:
- Program: DrywallPatch.com estimate messages from Begolli Brothers Construction LLC.
- Purpose: texts and calls about your estimate request. Calls may be autodialed or use a prerecorded or artificial (computer-generated) voice.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request an estimate without opting in: leave the box unchecked, or call (203) 275-0824.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any text. You may also opt out by telling us on a call or emailing [email protected]. We may send one final text confirming your opt-out.

- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile information. Mobile information and text opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Site content and no warranty
The Site's content, including repair guides, town and permit information, and FAQs, is general information only. It is not professional, engineering, legal, or code-compliance advice. Building codes and permit rules change and vary by town, so please check with your local building department.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEGOLLI BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR YOUR ESTIMATE REQUEST. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limits on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or any right you have that cannot be waived by law.
8. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Begolli Brothers Construction LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or false information you submit.
9. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, and the DrywallPatch.com name and logo, is owned by Begolli Brothers Construction LLC and protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut (for federal claims, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut), and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead. Before filing a claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally. This section does not take away any protection you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Changes apply from the new effective date and do not apply to requests you sent before then. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
12. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
